At Cowboy Colostrum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rugged apparel and western-inspired gear. If your purchase doesn't fit your lifestyle, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our ranch headquarters.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the quality of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
